Joemarine Institute of Nautical Studies and Research Ltd is a private Maritime Training Institution accredited by Federal Ministry of Higher Education, Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and other International Regulatory bodies such as International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) etc. to carry out business on Maritime Training (STCW conventional and non- conventional courses), Oil and Gas Training and other Human Capacity Development Consultancy and General Consultancy. We are located in the core Niger Delta Region of Nigeria at Plot 10, 39th Street, DDPA Housing Estate, Ugborikoko Effurun-Warri, Delta State.
The Institute conducts both Regular and Short Courses/Trainings which are in line with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) meeting the Standard of Training Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) code as amended in 2010. All the courses are tailored to meet the STCW code and convention as amended and the IMO current course model.
